Read more!Abstract: The project aims to develop, implement and optimize an enhanced visible light communication system for road safety applications. As a general objective, the project is aimed at aligning the performance of VLC systems with the requirements imposed by wireless-based roadside applications.
Abstract: The project addresses the development of in-vehicle (IV-AR) augmented reality systems with an emphasis on the interaction between intelligent devices and IVIS vehicle systems. The scientific and technical novelties consist in designing and developing the first augmented reality software infrastructure for vehicle interiors, as well as in the design and implementation of digital data transfer techniques between users' personal intelligent devices and IVIS systems.
Abstract: The project aims to develop a new V2X communication architecture, analyzing the two main communication modalities, interconnecting this architecture with other communication mechanisms (visible light - VLC, augmented reality - IV-AR), and developing new driving assistance applications that can also be integrated into stand-alone vehicles.
Abstract: The project addresses the problems of characterization and improvement of the electromagnetic environment in automobiles, with an emphasis on the analysis of the methods of measurement and testing of the electromagnetic compatibility and the industrial equipment used for this purpose, on the implementation of new techniques for testing and measuring the immunity and emissions and the improvement of the repeatability them.
