Abstract. Development of industry and agriculture
put a problem of coastal water pollution control and the synthesis of the
monitoring systems with the functions of water quality assessment in the
active regimes. Vietnam has the coastal line equaled 3260 km. There are
many estuaries and lagoons on the seashore of which the development of
anthropogenic systems depends on the sea water quality. At the same time
these systems generate the pollutants and contaminate the sea. In
the paper an exspert system for the water quality control in the estuary
zone is developed- ESECEZ Expert System for the Ecological Control of Estuary

Abstract. By the endeavor of many scientists all over the
world in recently has been created a new scientific direction: Geographical
Information Monitoring System (GIMS) technology. This technology is based
on the syntheses of database technology methods, GIS and mathematical models.
Main idea of this technology is create automatic system for management,
evaluations and forecasting of natural objects state. This paper represents
the primary results of research in applying GIMS technology for analysis
negative influence of the contamination discharge in the sea shore zone,
utilizing data from Danang port, Vietnam, as a case study. Theo goal of
the work described in this paper is to develop a computer system to help
local administrators make the decision on designing and construction of
contamination discharge devices also choosing the discharge contamination
places for minimization of negative influences of discharge hydrodynamics
properties and features of water environment in the sea shore zone of a
reservoir. The software SHORE mentioned in this paper is one of realization
of above. Proposed system consists of data management tool, adaptive mathematical
model and a friendly interface between user and computer.

Abstract. When situating navigation and communication means
in a region it is important to know the propagation conditions depending
on the terrain, season and meteorological variations in that region . Having
meteorological statistics and terrain data it is possible to set up static
models of the microwave propagation for a particular region thus allowing
performance optimization of the already installed equipment taking in consideration
the average propagation conditions.

Abstract. In this paper is presented some aspects by the theory
of ideal MBTs developed in the forward active regime where the transistors
can amplify signals. Because many authors shown that source spin can be
injected from the emitter to the collector, it is predicted that electrical
current gain can be controlled effectively by magnetic field and source
spin. The working paper is ending with some results about the current gain
featuring. This is depending of some pointed conditions, like as the equilibrium
or nonequilibrium spin.

charge density, spin splitting.

Abstract. In this paper work is analysed a magnetic field
effect transistor structure. This device is imaged for generation of highly
spin-polarized currents, whose operations is governed by a magnetic field.
Is presented some approach methods of the physical study of device function
under spintronics phenomenon. On the other hand is proposed a new approaching
technique that consists in fractal form formalisms application. Not in
the last ordering is considered the way to controlling the MFET channel
conductivity under spin polarized carriers control.

Abstract. Flip chip microelectronic assembly is the direct
electrical connection of face-down electronic components onto substrates,
circuit boards, or carriers, by means of conductive bumps on the chip bond
pads. In contrast, wire bonding, the older technology, which flip chip
is replacing uses face-up chips with a wire connection to each pad. The
main advantages obtained by introducing this advanced technology consists
in size reduction, high performance, high operating frequencies and data
rates, flexibility, reliability and low cost over other packaging methods.
Few considerations from production, assembling and surface mounted technology
are presented in the final part of this paper.
Keywords: flip chip, bonding, technology, packaging, SMT,
SMD.

Abstract: The real time control of traffic routing in asynchronous
decentralized communication networks is investigated. This a decentralized
routing strategy is obtained which is proved to be stable under suitable
assumptions about the external inputs. The decentralized strategy is also
shown to be loop fee in every steady-state situation. An algorithm is derived
which updates routing tables according to changing load conditions. The
model incorporates real control and information structures. Lower and upper
bounds on cell and blocking are determined. The sequent two algorithm is
given which asserts that the network performance objectives can be achieved
by mens of the state dependent shorts route algorithm.

Abstract. The increasingly popular applicability of the distributed
system produces the need for more sophisticated distributed control techniques.
In this respect, we suggest the use of a distributed control method based
on simple finite state automata. The entity examines the state of
the automaton to determine its behaviour and, therefore, each of the distributed
entities is "controlled" by its associated automaton. The result
of the collective behaviour of all of the entities is fed back to the automata.
This feedback changes their state.
Keywords: distributed control techniques, automata, multiple
automata behaviour.

Abstract. The continuing globalization imposes new challenges
to the e-supply chain, among them the need of agents to react properly
in case of cooperation or otherwise, according to environment changes.
Our framework aims to find agents with similar business rules, with environment
perception and its influence represented by causal relations. Then we try
to find the unique strategy for these appropriates agents. The causal links
are translated in RuleML derivation rules, to be used in decision making
regarding other agents for long term business relationship. The framework
is aimed to distinguish between public knowledge regarding the business
activity available on the Semantic Web, and private knowledge, known to
company insiders.

Abstract. Agent technology has developed significantly in
the last few years and is estimated to be one of the most prominent technologies
for building the interconnected open systems of the future. However, the
related methodologies for modeling and solving problems with this new technology
are still a subject of active research. In the paper, we describe an approach
to modeling a distributed complex problem, the SETI problem, using a multi-agent
system and we highlight the key design decisions. The problem is solved
by a society of autonomous agents that try to fulfill their individual
goals and the overall goal of the system by maximizing their reward (a
number of points given to an agent for localizing alien signals). We present
the system general architecture, the agent functionalities, the associated
algorithms and the communication capabilities, and we discuss the benefits
and limitations of the approach.

data transmission.

Abstract. Large-scale open distributed systems raise the problem
of having (or not) confidence in the partners involved in a process of
cooperation (or competition). In this interaction both the individual confidence
and the more or less public reputation are involved in the decisions made
individually or by groups. We are considering the trust in this setting
and are looking at some possible combinations to achieve a workable model.

cooperation.

Abstract. This paper focuses on evaluation of the performance
characteristics of data networks modelled with stochastic Petri nets (SPN).
In the analysis of SPN we use simulations in respect to timing parameters
in a generalized semi-Markov process (GSMP). By using existing results
on perturbation analysis and by extending them to new physical interpretations
we address unbiased sensitivity estimators correlated with practical solutions
in order to attenuate the perturbations. An important advantage of this
approach is that one simulation is needed for evaluating the stochastic
Petri nets and the perturbation analysis and to take advantage of the state
of the art.
Keywords: Data network, generalized semi-Markov process,
stochastic Petri nets.
